What was that I was saying about the crew being “a well-matched team?” How they trot along on-leash, shoulder to shoulder, like fine carriage horses?
Pfffttt!
“Hey, guys. I know you’d rather play than walk, but I need the exercise.”
“Settle down. You can play later.”
“There. Much better!”
Another beautiful day here in southeastern California.
Colder than usual this morning but not enough to call for a coat. I wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants these days and stay comfortable. I see the weather widget in the sidebar is presently showing lows in the 30s coming soon.
Heh heh. I laugh in the face of cold. I have my Wave 3 and it will keep us warm!

I think I found the solution!
I’m talking about the difficulty of having items shipped to me while living on the road. It’s a common problem among full-timers.
Yesterday I drove over to Right Space Storage in Blythe to inquire about signing up for their mail receipt service. I had done this a year ago and the fee was more than I wanted to pay. This visit I’m surprised that the monthly fee is only $10. I don’t know if I was given incorrect info before or if the fee was lowered.
NOTE: Upon my return I learn there is a $20 “one-time sign-up fee.”
Anyway . . . .
The $10 covers receipt of unlimited number of packages at no additional charge!
Another option is to pay $5 per package — a good choice if you expect only one package.
Not for me because I AM GOING TO AMAZON TO SHOP IN A BIG WAY!
YAY!

Christmas is almost here and the year 2017 will be over soon. I invite you — whether you’re a long-time blogorino or a lurker who never comments but enjoys reading what others write — to go to comments and send out a holiday greeting to someone whom we haven’t heard from in a while.
Maybe there’s a blogorino you’ve missed and would like to hear from again. Maybe someone “out there” feels forgotten and a note or a simple “Merry Christmas!” to them will prove they’re not. Wouldn’t a “reunion” be great?
I’ll write a couple myself so you’ll know what I’m trying to start.
