Guest Blogger: We’re back! For real!

Hello, readers! It’s great to be with you again!

P1120111-001

This is Bridget.  RVSue is recuperating from the recent collapse of our blog. (She said some really bad words!)

This morning, when she found out the blog was working again and she read a bunch of comments about you missing us and about what you’ve been through in all the confusion and . . . well, she’s a wreck!  I don’t know if she’s laughing or crying!

I’m standing in for her so she can rest, and, as she puts it, “get back my equilibrium”.  That’s pronounced ee-kwa-LIB-ree-um.  It means “not be a total nut.”

Okay, I’m supposed to give you three messages.

P1120107

First of all, RVSue wants to apologize to you.

You didn’t do anything wrong.  RVSue feels really bad that the door to this blog was slammed in your face without any warning.  Terrible!  We were shocked, too!  She says she would never do that on purpose and she’s very sorry.  Please accept her sincere apology.

Now the second thing RVSue wants me to tell you.

P1120159

She hates log-in boxes and passwords!

She was told by The Blog Wizards Who Are In Control that she had to use it because there are bad robots that want to sneak into our blog and make trouble and that was the only way she could get the blog running again.  The internet is a crazy place!  She hasn’t had a chance to investigate whether the box and password stuff has to stay or whether we can leave it off.

And the third message from RVSue . . .

Thank you for caring about us.  We received many messages of concern and support from family, friends, reader-friends, fellow bloggers — lots of people!

P1120132-001

I like it when people are nice.

Not like those sneaky robots!  See the pretty flowers in the picture above?  The flowers are YOU and those sticks in the front are the bad robots trying to tear us apart.

We won’t let them do that!

RVSue says she will never make this a private blog or shut you out on purpose.  If anything like this recent mess happens again, it isn’t her doing, okay?   When the day comes that this blog comes to an end, she will explain and say a proper and loving goodbye, not just drop out.  That’s a promise!

In case you’re wondering, Reggie is fine.

What energy he has!  Here he is playing with one of his new toys.  I think this toy is named “Your Baby” because it’s the one Reggie picks up when RVSue says, “Reggie!  Stop pestering.  Go play with your baby.”

P1120163

I’m also fine.

I know my many subjects… er . . . I mean, my fans . . . worried about me.   Here’s a recent photo of me in my car.

P1120194

Don’t worry.  I’m not hurting.  Sometimes I just like to be treated royally.  Know what I mean?

Okay, that’s it for now.

I’m going to stop.  I need to check on RVSue.  If she doesn’t bite my head off, that means she’s getting better!  Haha!  Between RVSue and Reggie, I have my paws full!

P1120124-001

RVSue can’t stay away from you long.

She will blog the same as always soon.  She’s going to tell you about my special campground (Bridge Campground, north of Pagosa Springs) and also about our present boondock in the aspens.

Best wishes to you all.

We love you!

Bridget
