Sue, may your Thanksgiving be all you want it to be. I’m thankful for your blog, your never dull adventures, the time and effort you take to bring them to us, and not least, you and the boys. Thinking of Spike, soaking no doubt, and Bridget always leading the way home. Peace.
It is time to look at what we have and to be thankful.
I’m thankful that I could find a woman that will put up with my manifest faults and has for the last 42 years.
I’m thankful for all the children and grandchildren that bless my life.
I am most grateful for those Heavenly hosts that rode shotgun with my son and got him back to us more or less in one piece after his time in the Corps.
I’m thankful for the employment I enjoy, the freedoms we can all still exercise, for the bounty that provides the food for this season and for many fine people I have met on this board.
I’m thankful for people like Sue. Folks who take the time to share their adventures and, even better, the photos of this wonderful land, the many places we might wish to visit but haven’t had a chance yet to be ‘there’.
Happy Thanksgiving Sue! May the Holidays bring you and your crew joy.
Such a nice post Don. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving to you & all the blogorinos!
I’m greatful for you, Sue. Thanks for sharing with us. I so enjoy your blog. I am addicted. Went back and read the whole thing, comments & all. I’ve learned so much & never even knew people lived like this. I got mad one day and said “I’m gonna buy an RV, take my dog & leave”. I put “RV DOG” in the searchbar & my life changed.
What a hoot this journey has been. You make us laugh, cry, make our mouths water or drop open with awe. I just can’t get enough of your landscapes, sunrises, sunsets, the serendipity of it all. Enjoy your writing and your connection to the comments. Wish I would’ve found you at the beginning so I could be like so many “I’ve come to know”. It’s no wonder people want to meet you. I even think it would be fun to meet some blogorinos. Feel like I know them, too. Like driving up to meet Geri & Chuck – how silly. I get sad and worry when blogoroos are sick or not commenting and happy when they come back and are feeling better, just like you Sue.
I also ramble. Enough for now…..
Happy, happy day, everyone!
Love to all – Barb
Happy Thanksgiving RVSue, Reggie, Roger and all the bloggerinos ๐
Happy Thanksgiving to you Sue, and the boys! You have had another wonderful, and blessed year. Cheers!

From the hills of Eastern Tennessee, we send all our best to you and the crew. Give those boys an extra helping of potatoes and gravy…they’ve earned it for entertaining the rest of us. Happy Thanksgiving!
What a wonderful picture of the boys! Thanks for your good wishes to all of us. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings!
Love you more than words can say, love the way you pop in and make our day!
Love the crew too, and all the fun things they do!
Love the road that you share with us!

Thankful for you RVSue!
Have a great Thanksgiving!

Ha, love the dueling R’s, Reg and Roger…thanks for the Thanksgiving greeting!
Happy Thanksgiving Sue! Thank you for letting us share a peek into your life. You inspire many of us to follow our dreams. You share your love for the “crew” and allow us to love them too.
YOU Sue, and that goofy crew are one of the many things I am thankful for.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and the crew!
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Just can’t tell you how much I enjoy this blog. You, the pups, the adventures, good and bad, funny and all the rest. Know it’s way off limits but I suspect there are others of us who would sure like to meet you someday, sit under a tree and just chat and watch the dogs a while. All you have seen and done. But anyway we can read and learn about your travels and the other blogerinos too.
Best wishes to you and the boys.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all – I hope you have all had a wonderful day. I am thankful that I found your blog, Sue, not forgetting Spike, Bridget, Reggie and Roger who have given me so much enjoyment.
A quick comment about the western grocery store Smart & Final. Larry and I were wondering about the puzzling name. Wikipedia had the answer, the store was named after Mr. Smart and Mr. Final. That makes more sense then our guesses!
Happy Thanksgiving, RVSue, Reggie and Roger! I hope you enjoyed some rotisserie chicken!
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Happy Thanksgiving! We are all blessed to have you and the crew in our lives remotely. Your journeys, your honesty and sense of humor are something that you share so openly on this blog and we are all truly grateful for what you give. Have a wonderful day!
Happiest of Thanksgivings to you and your most wonderful guys, Reggie and Roger, and to all your faithful bloggorinos! I have enjoyed your postings so much and have followed since day one! Thank you for sharing your life, wisdom and adventures with us!
Sincere Regards, Chris from NC
Those little rascals are so cute. Happy Thanksgiving Sue and all.
Such an adorable Thanksgiving greeting. A big thank you to you, Reggie and Roger.
GOOD MORNING!
I hope your Thanksgiving was all you hoped it would be and more.
Reggie, Roger, and I stayed at camp all day, enjoying the sunshine, the peace and quiet, and each other. I had a bunch of salads from Albertson’s deli stacked up in the fridge. That’s what I snacked on all day, along with some cranberry sauce (my nod to Thanksgiving tradition.) Of course, I also had chicken to share with the boys.
Besides the deli salads, I also snacked on your blog comments throughout the day. No, that’s wrong — I FEASTED on your comments! I think I opened up this blog twenty times or more and each time I piled my plate high with the goodies you prepared. A beautiful, bountiful buffet with no calories!
๐
How blessed I am. I thank God for every one of you.
Sue
Hi, Sue,
It sounds like you and the boys had a perfect Thanksgiving! ๐
I did some Black Friday shopping via your link to Amazon this morning. Look for a craft iron and an LP – Portugal the Man – Woodstock on your report. There is no sale or bargain that would compel me to go out to shop today!
Blogorinos, if you would like to access Sueโs link for Amazon, go to the previous post to click on one of the recent purchases that Sue lists at the end of her blog entry. ๐
Enjoy your day, Sue! Sending you and those sweet boys love and hugs from me and Gracie pup! ๐
Thank you, Denise, for shopping Amazon from my blog and for helping folks find links. I see the items you mention! I hope you are feeling much better. ๐
Thank you, Sue. A bit better each day. I will be dancing in the streets the day I no longer have this persistent sore throat! ๐
Just don’t catch cold while dancing in the streets! ๐
What a wonderful photo of the boyz, being boyz!!
R versus R in the desert! The battle of the century!
I think we could sell tickets, maybe even get on Pay-per-view.
I also had a quiet Thanksgiving. I had stuff to cook and was lazy and went to Crackerbarrel. They had a surprisingly good turkey dinner with drink and dessert for $12.99. But I had to wait a bit. If I go again, I will go earlier. I brought most of it home, anyway. Just finished it today and I still have a lice of pumpkin pie. I also bought a whole chocolate pecan pie. In case you didn’t know, during the holiday season Crackerbarrel makes whole pies for sale and they are fabulous! Yummy.
Am struggling with my neck and shoulder. Going for spine injections next week which I hope will help. Meanwhile I decided to try some band exercises and right now I’ve got my shoulder all flared up. I’m off to get Tylenol and ice bag. Ta-ta!
DG,
Hope your neck and shoulder pains is alleviated soon. They are no fun. Sounds like you had a pretty perfect Thanksgiving and no mess to clean up. Except for Turkey & pumpkin pie, we finished off Thanksgiving tonight. For once, I didn’t over cook.
Thanks for the heads up about Crackerbarrel. After this Thanksgiving family get together, I am a Crackerbarrel wannabe next year! LOL
Haha. Yes it is a good escape from the grind! I have to say the cornbread stuffing was really excellent. And no work!
Wow I have never been able to do that! Over cook every time!
Hi Desert Ginger,
I hope you get some pain relief soon. I went to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving, too. They start serving lunch @ 11; I got there at 10:35, was seated, and was eating my meal by 11. I brought 1/2 the meal + slice of pumpkin pie home. It really is a good deal for $12.99!
Just a heads-up: if you order the thanksgiving dinner for take-out, you do not get the pie or drink.
Ok next year it is an early lunch!
Awe!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Just Adorable๐โ
I was busy cooking yesterday, so I didn’t re-post Thanksgiving wishes. Loved the greeting photo of the double R’s, just too darn cute. Sounds like your Thanksgiving was a perfectly restful day to give thanks. I am truly thankful to you for sharing your life on the road with all of us, and keeping my dreams alive.
Happy Holidays to you and the crew! Wishing you all safe and happy travels!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone also.
I would like to wish everyone a blessed holiday season. Also want to welcome Rusty and Piper to Kentucky. We are having such nice weather. Hope you enjoy being here Rusty.
Happy Thanksgiving Sue! For me, in my current time, it is 3 days post-T., but it’s all the same!
This may be old news to you but I have to say it. You and your blog are a living book. I love to read and re-read the really good ones. You and this blog are a good book and I am so happy I learned of it thru a recommendation I randomly read on the internet. So, thanks to that person (it may have been one of your blogorinos) and thanks to you, and the perpetual canine crew! Blessings to y’all!
