The BLT is what I consider the Best Little Trailer, a 2011 17-foot Casita Liberty Deluxe which was the full-time home for me and my crew from August 2011 to May 2018.

Valley of the Gods well…All I can say is …Thank you Sue! Sincerely, Thank you.
I have been reading your daily adventures lately and they could not have come at a better time for me. You have lightened my day and shared such beauty with us all.
Nicely done Sue. Beautiful pictures. Spike must have been a Sargent in his former life, he walks so nice and poised.
Thank you for sharing.
It has been so long since I was in AZ, my original home state! Your pictures are wonderful Su,
thank you so much for all your fantastic positive energy in your posts and pictures….Wish
I could travel to AZ again….maybe…..
You are a terrific young lady! Keep on keepin on!
Hugs from Elizabeth aka E2/etwo…..
Just beautiful Sue!! Goes in my bucket list! Linda in Benson, Az.
Wonderful pictures of a fantastic area.
Very picturesque! BTW, Sue, I got my propane extension and quick-disconnect installed for my Wave 6 heater yesterday [I’m keeping it portable, on legs]. Tried it out and it works great! Gets really hot very quickly—no waiting for comfort! 🙂
Wow, just delightful. We are taking the Casita out next week for a week on the California coast, including a vintage trailer show. One more day of work….can hardly wait! Thanks for sharing with us.
Amazing & beautiful. Thanks for sharing. How was the road?
What a lovely view, thanks Sue

I have been camping in this valley since the mid 90’s. It has always been a hidden treasure, but I am afraid more and more people are finding it. So great to see your slide show of one of my favorite places
What Linda D said times two!
Times three!!
I hope you’ll excuse me for not writing individual replies. Internet connection is terrible around here. I drove into Bluff and up and down the roads chasing the elusive signal. Here at Sand Island Campground (see sidebar) I only get two bars and 1x because it’s in a low area by the river. I worked on that slideshow on and off from 9:30 this morning until 7:30 tonight.
It was worth the effort though to read your appreciative comments!
Thank you for taking great pictures, We love you in my home. Through you and others, we get to see the world. I can’t wait to see where you go next.
Your photography makes for a fabulous slideshow! Nature seems to be showing off her best in the Valley of the Gods. Thank you, Sue.
Ohhhh my.
Words aren’t necessary……… Pictures will stand on their own…
Just amazing. Am definitely going to put this on my wish list to visit!
TY for sharing your beautiful photos, we drove in Valley of the Gods in 2009 and it brought back the memories of the rather spiritual remoteness and geography. So enjoy seeing Bridget and Spike enjoying the Southwest.
I loved the slide show!!
Ginger Las Vegas
Wow! Thanks for that!
Thanks for the pictures! We are headed there in nine days!!!
Not just the beauty of Valley of the Gods but the secret messages written in stone. The Indians have stories that tell of a time long ago when the Spaniards came and made their magic in the rocks by marking the trails.
Your photos get better every publication Sue. You’re getting to be a real pro. Enjoy your stay and be safe…Hi Crew!!
Hi Sue…Thank you, you just helped me decide where to go when I finish my BLM stint in July here near Susanville, Ca. Also I wanted to let you know I really enjoy your site, I have read every word of it since stumbling on it a couple days ago. You also inspired me to go ahead and start my own blog. If interested, you can check me out at jwblackwater.wordpress.com. I just started so it has a long way to go. Thanks again and happy trails to you and the crew.
I have to acknowledge with appreciation anyone who reads “every word” of my blog. Thanks, Dave. I am very glad you are with us!
I think Susanville is a great town and not just because of the name. I’m curious where you worked for the BLM. I really enjoyed the lake above Susanville.
I wish you much satisfaction and success with your blog. Beware . . . Blogging can be addictive!
To answer the BLM question, I am the volunteer host at the Hobo Camp day use area on the Bizz Johnson Trail from now until the end of July. Not very many people around and I have a lot of time to explore the trail and surrounding area and to write, which is really why I enjoy traveling alone. Thanks again for sharing your adventure.
It will be HOT here in July, but still beautiful.
Wow Sue what lovely pics,Your very good as a photographer. I would be very careful that the N Y Times don’t see your great pics and want to give you a job.You will have to move back into the rat race and leave all that lovely country behind.Just imagine how great it would be living back in a concrete jungle.LOL
Just breath taking Sue! Thanks for allowing us to view this with you.
Beautiful, I’m seeing the West through your eyes. always enjoy your Blog. Thanks
Wow! Now I have to take a trip up to Utah and explore….you opened up my eyes!
Wonderful set of shots. You captured the beauty wonderfully!
Nina
I believe the other comments say it all, beautiful. It’s hard to believe that those formations just rise up out of the desert floor, so to speak. This shows us what nature can do given enough time, wind, and water.
Diane
NO other word but Awesome……………….!!!!
Stunning! Thanks for sharing the beauty of the desert with us.
I echo everyone’s compliments on your photos. Breathtaking scenery! I’d heard the name but had never seen pictures of the area. Another destination for my bucket list. I cringed, though, when I saw that red dirt. I’ve lived in areas like that, and it stains and gets on everything.
Fortunately the red dirt isn’t everywhere. I didn’t find it as bad as the red dirt in Georgia. The crew didn’t track it inside and it didn’t get on my clothes.
Glad you enjoyed the photos, Cari.
